WDI inspections are inspections on structures for wood destroying insects listed on the inspection report. Buyers and sellers of property may request WDI inspections. They also may be required by certain loan programs such as VA, FHA, banks and credit unions. These inspections are sometimes called a “termite inspection” or “clearance letters”. Many times, a home is a person’s biggest investment. Mid-State Pest Control has vast experience with WDI reports having done thousands of these reports since going into business in 1997. We will inspect your property, complete a report and discuss our findings with you. If problems are found we will recommend a treatment plan and treat the property if desired.
